Women Kenya Cup defending champions Mwamba RFC have booked their spot in finals after they secured an 81-00 win over newcomers Shamberere Viqueens at the RFUEA ground.
The one-sided game saw the Champs taking charge as they commenced their campaign with two unconverted tries back to back as the board changed 10-00.
They increased their lead with yet another unconverted try before Naomi Amuguni managed a brace elevating their score to 27-00 after a single conversion by Diana Omosso.
Kenyan International Terry Ayesa also managed her brace which saw Omosso successfully converting as the tally changed to 34-00.

In their taken Semi-final match, Mwamba were not going easy on the guests as Stacy Atieno went over for her second try to raise the scores 41-00 after Omosso’s successful conversion before another try was scored in the dying minutes of the first half to tally the scores 48-00 after a successful conversion.
In the second half, Mwamba RFC, understanding the task ahead and not taking chances, managed to cross the whitewash as they raised their tally to 53-00.
Going for the victory and protecting the home pride, the Hosts Mwamba RFC were determined to soar high as Ayesa scored her third try as the board changed 60-00 after a successful conversion.
They managed another try that saw Omosso converting successfully as the tally rose 67-0. Their vast experience and composure saw the hosts managing two converted tries and two other unconverted tries before the end of the match to tally the board 81-00 and book their spot in the finals.
