Makueni’s head coach, Kennedy Muendo, has unveiled the lineup for their upcoming Nairobi Nationwide match against Machakos University on Saturday, 16 March, set to kick off at 3 PM at Machakos Boys High School.
Leading the team will be Killian Anyangu, supported by vice-captains Dennis Odhiambo and Emmanuel Mwau.
The front row will feature Paul Muteti, John Irungu, and Ibrahim Franklin as loosehead prop, hooker, and tighthead prop, respectively, while Clyde Ochieng and William Awillo form the locks.
Moving to the back row, Dennis Odhiambo takes the left flanker position, with Killian Anyangu on the right flanker and Dominic Sande at number 8.
Bernard Waziri and Emmanuel Mwau pair up as scrum-half and fly-half, while Joseph Nzomo and Rennison Mathenge hold the centre positions.
Collins Swala and Sammy Ochieng will serve as left and right wings, respectively, with Joseph Kilonzo at fullback.
The bench includes Dennis Ochieng, Elvis Onchiri, Titus Kasili, Bill Bunyasi, Louis Sawaya, David Ng’ang’a, Stephen Mwanzia, Rian Odhiambo, and Eddie Masinde, providing ample experience and depth for Makueni.
