Kenya Rugby Union has appointed Catholic Monks’ Simon Jawichre as the new Kenya U20 head coach.
Jawichre who served as the Catholic University director of sports replaces Curtis Olago who will now retain his role as the Kenya Simbas assistant coach alongside Kabras coach Carlos Katywa.
Former Kenya Simbas player Kenny Andola has returned as the assistant coach.
The union has announced that former Kenya Simbas coach Paul Odera will take up the role of Kenya u18 head coach while former Kenya 7s star Biko Adema has been appointed to lead Kenya U15.

To further bolster the setup, two assistant Team Managers, Philip Wamae and Joseph Guchu have been appointed to provide invaluable support and assistance to the 15s program.
Trials for Chipu are scheduled to take place this weekend. The team is set to compete in this year’s Under 20 Barthes Trophy in Zimbabwe in April. An alignment camp for the Simbas is also set to take place this weekend
The Union has announced the composition of the Kenya 15s setup under a new structure, with Jerome Paarwater taking the helm as the program’s head.
