After a successful round five of the Uganda Cup, URU released the quarter-final fixtures which are scheduled to take place on 6th January 2024 at 1600hrs EAT in different locations.
At Kyandodo, Heathens who had the highest points than the other teams in the Uganda Cup Pools have booked a date with Jinja Hippos.
Kobs will clash with Stanbic Black Pirates in their quarters at Legends while the third quarter-finals which will take place at Makerere will see Impis take on Rams who were second in the log of group A.
The fourth quarter-final is scheduled to take place in Kitante where Kampani’s Eagles who topped group B will lock horns with Plascon Mongers.
The teams qualified for the quarter-finals after completing the fourth round at positions one and two in various groups.

Heathens qualified for the quarters from group A where they finished at the top followed by Rams. On the other hand, Kampani’s Eagles who emerged victorious over Elgon Wolves in their last round after scoring 29-07 qualified from group B as they topped the log and we’re followed by Pirates who also qualified for quarters.

Kobs who were position one in Group C qualified together with Mongers who were beaten by Kobs 31-16.
Impis qualified from group D even after conceding 16 points and scoring only 09 in their last match against Rhinos. In the log, they were followed by the Hippos. Hippos qualified after an outstanding performance in their last round against the Bulls which they scored 20-00.
