Maseno Ladies team coach Sebastian Ochieng heaped praises for them saying education goes hand in hand with sports and congratulated them on the successful completion of their respective courses

“‘If they don’t complain then something must be wrong and if they aren’t motivated or their presence is not felt then forget about them’ This is the experience I have gained while dealing with ladies. They learn faster than men when in a conducive environment,” he told Scrummage Africa.

“Majority of them began playing while in college and some have made it to the National team while others are now referees. Education and sports go hand in hand hence let’s embrace the girl child. Congratulations and I wish you the very best in life after college,” the coach stated.
