Daystar RFC change seven for JKUAT RFC date

Daystar Falcons RFC Head coach Caleb Bosire has made seven changes to their matchday squad to battle out with JKUAT Cougars RFC at the JKUAT grounds as from 3.00 pm on Saturday 9th December 2023.

The loose head prop is Collins Ndambo who replaces Wyclife Ogutu who has been moved to play as the tight head prop.They are joined in the front row by hooker Mike Odour who retains his position.

The Second row remains unchanged with locks Gerhard Masava and Gavan Lebai. Thedius Omondi the blind side flanker comes in for vice captain Trevor Opondo who has been moved to number 8. Clinton Amukwachi remains as the openside flanker.

At the scrumhalf position, Sos-Peter Ndumia comes in for Clinton Kioko who has been dropped from the squad while Eddy Wambugu remains as the fly-half.

Patrick Odongo stays on the left wing same to Captain Augustine Owino who remains as the inside centre.

Antony Okoyo is the outside centre where he comes in for Chris Obuya who made his debut last weekend against Mombasa RFC, Tonny Ogoma stays at the fullback.

The bench replacements have debutant Elvis Kipkemboi, Kevin Mumbo, Praise Onyonje, Meshack Ochieng, Gideon Obonyo, Arnold Ogonda, Steven Muhoto and James Masava.

Daystar Falcons beat Mombasa RFC 34-05 in their opening match and face JKUAT for the first time in the championship league.
