Bahati to host 2nd edition of Kings u18 tournament

After a successful first leg of Kings tournament held in Naivasha on 30th September, action will now head to Bahati for the leg which will only be having the under 18 category for both boys and girls.

Nakuru teachers development rugby won the first leg for the boys category.

The Lawrence Okello coached team is looking to being the overall winners of the king’s tournament.

In the girls category, Gilgil township were the winners. Allan Bush who doubles up as Gilgil coach and the tournament organizer is looking forward to winning the overall tournament.

The tournament has attracted a number of fourteen teams 7 in each category for the boys and girls.

Bush speaking to the Scrummage Africa is seeking to host one of the best tournaments ever.

“We are looking to having the best tournament. Hoping for the tournament to get better. In the first leg we had a team from Mombasa this shows you we are growing,” Bush said.

The tournament which doesn’t have a sponsor always seeks well wishers to help them hold the event.
