Western Region Nationwide has seen a lot of exciting action this season, with Sigalagala holding onto the top spot following five straight wins.

This has earned them a total of 22 points, including two bonus points for their victories. Sigalagala, who were the defending champions of the Western Region, have shown great form and are determined to defend their title.

Shamberere Institute have been making a strong push for the top spot, climbing to second place with 19 points. This makes the semi-final spot a highly competitive and tightly contested affair, with both Shamberere Institute and Kibabii University having a chance to make it to the next round.

Borderrucks and Webuye RFC are tied for third place with 10 points each. Vihiga Granites have five points. On the other end of the spectrum, Bungoma RFC currently at the bottom of the standings with -1 points.

In Western Region Zone B, Kisii RFC, a former Kenya CupLUB, has been dominating the competition, with 23 points from five straight wins.

Maseno University are close behind with 21 points, making it a two-horse race for the top spot in this zone.

Citam Kisumu and Siaya RFC have 12 points each and are in a close battle for the third and fourth spots. Rongo RFC are just behind them with 11 points

The upcoming games will be crucial for these teams as they look to secure a spot in the next round.
