Kabras RFC have made seven changes to the starting squad for their upcoming Kenya Cup match against Homeboyz set for Kakamega Showground on Saturday 28 January.

Eliphaz Emong will make his first start for the club since returning from Jinja Hippos and will play at number eight, replacing Jeanson Misoga.

Experienced backrow

The former Homeboyz man joins the back row that has skipper George Nyambua and Dan Sikuta retaining their roles as flankers.

In the second row, Brian Juma will join David Bunduki while Hillary Odhiambo is out of the 23-man squad.

Teddy Akala and Joseph Odero have been replaced with Eugene Sifuna and Asuman Mugerwa with Hillary Mwanjilwa staying at loose head prop.

In the backline, Jone Kubu earns his first start of the season after a sabbatical and recovering from wrist injury suffered while with the Kenya Simbas. Kubu starts at full back as Ntabeni Dukisa returns to position 10 pushing Valerian Tendwa out of the squad

Dan Angwech pushes Barry Robinson to the bench as he earns his first start of the season while Bryceson Adaka has paved way for Mathias Osimbo in the midfield where he will partner with Walter Okoth.

Lameck Ambetsa and Paul Abuto retain their place on the wings.

Kabras have chance to move second should they pick maximum points in this encounter.
