KCB Rugby reveal second kit

Kenya Cup log leaders KCB rugby have revealed their second kit which will be used for away matches in the 2022/23 campaign.

The kit will have white as the dominant colour and will have green flanks and V-neck collar. The left side has a unique tribal design that was not on their previous jersey.  Sponsors KCB Bank retain their place on the the chest.

The kit is expected to be used for the first time when they play against Mwamba next weekend. The club is set announce prices for replicas soon.

“Kindly note that the replicas will be available from a later date and will be announced right here on how to get them plus the pricing,” the club stated.

The first kit was released last Saturday and was first used last weekend as KCB beat Blak Blad 24-3 to register the fifth straight of the season.

This years Jersey have been made by Samurai which has a rich history in designing bespoke rugby kits.  They join the likes of Mwamba Rugby Club, Menengai Oilers and Kenya Harlequin who are currently donning Samurai Jersey’s in the current Kenya Cup season.

The bankers previously used jerseys made by Raging Bull company.

KCB are hoping to quickly reclaim the Kenya Cup title which they lost last season after falling to Menengai Oilers in semis played at KCB Sports Club. They went on to also lose the National 7s Circuit title which they will be keen to reclaim.
