Speaking to the Scrummage,Onzere said his move has purely been necessitated by the need for a new challenge and nothing else.
The 22 year old former Laiser Hill student was part of the first group of players to form Homeboyz Academy in late 2013 when he joined the Deejays.
He has had a successful career winning several accolades and earning the Kenya U20 caps.
Onzere will make his Quins debut during the Kabeberi sevens circuit at RFUEA grounds.
