Ahead of their upcoming semi-final match against Menengai Oilers at KCB Sports Club on Saturday at 3:00 PM, KCB Rugby have made six changes to their starting lineup.
Max Kangeri will earn his first Kenya Cup start this season, taking the place of Bob Muhati, who will now start for the ESS side. Kangeri will partner with Peter Kilonzo in the midfield.
Jacob Ojee will return as the left wing, while Mike Kimwele moves back to the right wing. Isaac Njoroge will start on the bench.
The rest of the backline is unchanged with Samuel Asati at scrum-half, Brian Wahinya at fly-half and Darwin Mukidza at fullback.
In the forwards, there will be four changes, with Griffin Musila moving to the bench. Wilfred Waswa will start as hooker alongside props Oscar Simiyu and Curtis Lilako.
Martin Owila will be replaced by Davis Chenge, who will partner with Elvis Olukusi in the second row. Andrew Amonde and Felix Ojow will come in for Steve Wamai and Bramwel Kilwake.
Michael Wanjala, Johnstone Olindi, and Thomas Okidia will start on the bench.
KCB Rugby are determined to avoid being eliminated by Oilers for the second time in a row, having lost their encounter with them last season.
