Kenya Harlequin have complete 11 signings in the midseason transfer window with Kenya Simbas duo part of the new recruits.
Kenya Simbas prop Ian Njenga who was expected to join Kabras RFC has moved to Quins. Njenga missed the Rugby Africa Cup hosted in France and the final qualification tournament due an injury picked during the Currie Cup.
Elkeans Musonye from Impala
He is joined by Simbas back row Elkeans Musonye who crosses from Impala Saracens who were relegated to KRU Championship. Paul Mutsami has also left Impala for rivals Quins.
Paul Murunga has also raided his former side Homeboyz for Henry Ayah, Richel Wangila and Arnold Onzere who has already played in several Kenya Cup matches.
Alvin Mwabhaze joins the Ngong Road based side from Uganda Premiership side Buffaloes, Brian Ratila has been signed from Shamas while David Mwangi is from Nakuru RFC.
Kenya Harlequin struggles
Clitnton Khasai and Kevin Ouma have been roped in from varsity sides Strathmore Leos and Mean Machine.
Quins have struggled in the opening four matches and will be hoping to impress with their signing now cleared to play. Quins managed just one win in their opening four. The win came on matchday four and was against winless Mean Machine.
