KCB Rugby have been crowned the 2025 National 7s Circuit champions, making history as the team with the most overall titles since the inception of the tournament.
To secure the crown, KCB defeated Strathmore Leos for the first time this season, overturning their earlier defeats to the Leos, 24-7 at the Prinsloo 7s and 31-21 at the Embu 7s, with Leos being the only side to beat them this year.
KCB beat Strathmore Leos 15-14 thanks to a last minute try from Strathmore Leos old boy George Ooro who made it a win.
National 7s Circuit finish
With the victory, KCB have guaranteed themselves at least 119 points by season’s end, effectively locking Strathmore Leos out of the title race.
This triumph marks KCB Rugby’s fifth National 7s Circuit title, following successes in 2013, 2014, 2019, and 2023.
