Catholic Monks have announced their squad for Embu 7s, scheduled for August 23rd–24th, 2025, at the ASK Showground, Njukiiri.
Catholic Monks are in Pool D and will be up against Quins, MMUST and Zetech Oaks.
The Monks squad for the Embu 7s tournament includes Isaac Kubasu, Meshack Opagala, Felix Okumu, Joshua Ongeri and Joseph Rume.
Felix Omondi, team captain Wambani Hassan, Dennis Mulinge, Brian Nyamboki, Elias Onyango, Zephenes Obwanga, Samuel Owino, and Duke Monda are also part of the squad.

Catholic Monks will begin their Embu 7s campaign against Zetech Oaks at 10:51 AM. Their second match comes at 2:01 PM when they line up against MMUST in a university derby clash.
Catholic Monks who are sixth in the standings on 35 points will then close the day with a 5:30 PM fixture against Quins as they chase a place in the knockout rounds.
