Pools for Women Embu 7s have been released set to be played on 23rd and 24th of August.
In pool A we have the reigning champions Mwamba RFC playing alongside Kenya Harlequin, Impala RFC and Northern surbubs.
In pool B NYS Ladies will be playing alongside Ruck It rugby, Meru ladies and Murang’a Trojans.
Mwamba RFC lead the table following wins in the final appearance, claiming titles at the Prinsloo’s 7s and Christie 7s.
Kenya Harlequin FC remain second on the log with 38 points, with appearance in the two finals and second place finishes.
Northern suburbs sit in the with 32 points where they got 15 points in the last circuit.
Impala RFC are placed in the fourth position after a slight improvement from the previous circuit having collected 17 points .
NYS Ladies are fifth in the log having collected 25 points .

Ruck It are at the sixth position, while Nakuru sit at seventh position. Rongo University occupy the eighth position.
Kulabu ladies also managed to finish in the top ten with 10 points.
