Pools for Embu 7s have been confirmed with matches set to be played on 23rd and 24th August 2025 at ASK Showgrounds, Njukiiri.
In Pool A, Christie 7s champions KCB Rugby will face Daystar Falcons, Mwamba RFC and hosts Embu RFC.
In Pool B, Strathmore Leos are drawn against Impala RFC, Kabras Sugar and Kabete Stallions, who won the second division last weekend.
In Pool C, Menengai Oilers will play alongside Nondescripts, Nakuru RFC and invited side Mean Machine.

In the final Pool D, Kenya Harlequin RFC will be up against Catholic Monks, MMUST and Zetech Oaks.
Embu RFC have earned the right to host the KRU National 7s Circuit bidding leg for the 2025 and 2026 seasons, marking a significant milestone for the club.
The leg, last hosted by Kabras RFC in Kakamega, will now shift to Embu following a successful bid. The event, branded as Embu 7s, will serve as the fourth leg of the circuit.
