The pools for the Prinsloo 7s have been confirmed following a draw conducted before the Driftwood 7s final at Mombasa Sports Club.
The Prinsloo 7s, which will serve as the second leg of the 2025 National 7s Circuit, has produced exciting group stage matchups.
Prinsloo 7s groups
Pool A features hosts Nakuru RFC, reigning National 7s Circuit champions Kenya Harlequin, Kabete Stallions, and Mombasa RFC.
Pool B will see Driftwood 7s finalists and Prinsloo holders Strathmore Leos take on Menengai Oilers in another heated showdown once again. They will also face Daystar Falcons and Zetech Oaks.

Pool C includes Driftwood 7s champions KCB Rugby, who will battle Nondies, Catholic Monks, and invitational side Kisumu RFC.
Pool D has Kabras RFC grouped with Kakamega rivals MMUST, Impala, and Mwamba RFC, who have earned an invite despite a poor run in the opening leg.
