Nakuru RFC have unveiled their squad for the 32nd edition of the Great Rift 10s tournament, set to be held at the Nakuru Athletic Club this Saturday and Sunday.
The team includes Cyprian Ombaso, a recent addition from MMUST Rugby who played a vital role in the club’s Kenya Cup survival earlier this year.

He is expected to feature prominently in the home side’s 10s lineup alongside promising youngster James Macharia.
Wanyore have also named Felix Okoth, who featured for Shujaa in the 2024 Safari 7s, helping the national team secure the title.
Other players named in the squad include Edwin Anunda, Enock Obae, Emmanuel Mboya, Julius Agesa, Bonventure Opande, Paul Lusesi, Habakuk Ouma, and Victor Matiko.

Caleb Malemo has been handed the captain’s armband and will be leading the side as they look to impress in front of their home fans.
The Great Rift 10s will feature 12 teams split into three pools. Defending champions Kabras Sugar RFC are in Pool A alongside Catholic Monks, USIU Marshalls, and Nakuru Kiti.
Pool B features Menengai Oilers RFC, Strathmore Leos, Egerton Wasps, and Kiambu Eagles.
Hosts Nakuru RFC are in Pool C, where they will face Blak Blad RFC, Mean Machine RFC, and Molo RFC.
