Nondies head coach Callum Oliver has made 10 changes to his squad, giving opportunities to new faces ahead of their match against Kisumu RFC.
The team will be led by captain Steve Odhiambo, who was absent in their previous match.
In the forward pack, Zachary Marowa and Yusuf Abdulahi make way for Boniface Ochieng and Collins Odwori in the front row, while Elisha Koronya retains his position.
In the second row, Hillary Baraza keeps his spot, with Adrian Mundia coming in to replace Ryan Odua.

In the back row, Geoffrey Magoro replaces Brian Amaitsa, who will miss the match, while Steve Odhiambo moves to the eighth-man position, taking over from Tony Odhiambo.
The halfback positions will be filled by Ian Mumbwani and Bruce Odhiambo, replacing Ronnie Omondi and Tony Fidens.
In midfield, Billy Omondi drops to the bench, with Moses Begi taking over as inside center. Charles Odhiambo steps in as outside center, replacing Bruce Odhiambo.
In the back three, Daniel Okito starts on the blindside wing in place of Sankara Wafula, who shifts to the openside wing to replace Nyaenya Moseti. Calvin Sheunda retains his position as fullback.
