MMUST include 2 new faces ahead of Prinsloo 7s

MMUST Head Coach John Asila has made four in his squad as he includes two new faces for the final trip of the season to Nakuru for the Prinsloo 7s at Nakuru Athletics Club.

Brian Luseka and Desmond Kirwa are the rookies in the squad and they are in to replace Bush Maxwell and the injured Kelvin Bukhala.

Saidi Osieko and Byron Ogada are also in to replace Churchill Oyugi and the injured Brian Ndeda.

Veron Kaburu will continue to captain the team to Prinsloo sevens.  Bivon Okoth, Ian Oduor, Emmanuel Sakwa, Collins Ngoko retain their Jerseys.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Last year Prinsloo top point scorer Paywick Munoko also retains his position in the team.   Clarence Hope, Cyprian Ombaso and Flavian Otiyo have been consistent throughout the circuit and retain their jerseys one more time.

MMUST finished 11th last weekend at the Driftwood sevens and will be keen to rise this weekend.

MMUST are in a tight Pool full of Varsity derbies. MMUST’s first match will be against KU Blak Blad, followed by Strathmore Leos and their last match of day one will be against invited Catholic Monks (CUEA).
