Kenya Simbas have made a late adjustment to their squad for the Rugby Africa Cup third-place playoff match against Namibia.
The match is set for Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Nelson Mandela Stadium. Originally, Adaka was set to start in the midfield alongside Paul Mutsami.
Kenya Simbas to miss Adaka
However, after failing to pass a medical assessment, Adaka has been replaced by Richel Wangila as the starting outside centre. This will be his first Simbas start.

Paarwater had made 12 changes to his starting lineup. Captain George Nyambua has been moved to the bench but is expected to join the ranks of Simbas players with 40 caps if he takes the field.
Clinton Odhiambo will start as the left flanker, replacing Nyambua, while Obat Kuke has been handed his first-ever Simbas start on the right flank. Elkeans Musonye comes in at number 8, replacing Jeanson Misoga.

Thomas Okeyo has shifted from the back row to the second row and will partner with Malcolm Onsandi, who will captain the side. The front row sees a complete overhaul with Edward Mwaura, Griffin Musila, and Wilhite Mususi starting, while Eugene Sifuna, Ephraim Oduor, and Hillary Mwanjilwa have been moved to the bench.

In the halfback positions, Michael Wanjala and Abutwalib Wesonga come in, with Sam Onsomu dropping to the bench and Barry Robinson shifting to fullback. Beldad Ogeta will start on the right wing, Alfred Orege on the open side, while Derrick Ashihundu is benched, and Timothy Omela is out of the squ
