The pools for the 2024 World Rugby U20 Trophy, the 14th edition of the second-tier age-grade rugby competition, have been confirmed.
For the first time, the tournament will be held in Scotland, with eight teams scheduled to participate at Edinburgh Rugby Stadium, Edinburgh.

Africa Champions Kenya U20 are placed in Pool B alongside the USA, Uruguay, and the Netherlands.

In Pool A, host Scotland and Japan are set to face off against Hong Kong and Samoa. The teams will compete on a round-robin basis in the group stage to determine the final pool rankings.

The final rankings will see the pool toppers compete in the final, while the runners-up face off in the bronze final. Third-placed teams will battle for fifth place, while the bottom-placed teams will compete for seventh place.
Kenya U20 fixtures
Kenya U20, commonly known as Chipu, will tackle Uruguay in the opener on Tuesday, July 2, at 4:30 p.m. E.A.T. In their second match, Chipu will face the Netherlands on Sunday, July 7, at 9:45 p.m. E.A.T.
In their final pool match, Kenya will take on the USA on Friday, July 12, 2024. The 35-man Chipu squad has been in a residential camp at the Kenya Academy of Sport, with their training sessions held at Peponi School.
