Kenya 7s wrapped up the league phase of the 2025 season in ninth place with 36 points, with the Singapore 7s silver medal accounting for 18 points, their best finish of the campaign. Having missed out on a top-eight finish, Shujaa will now shift focus to the promotion/relegation playoffs scheduled for Los Angeles.
The playoffs will feature the bottom four teams in the men’s SVNS standings — Kenya, Ireland, Uruguay, and USA — alongside the top four teams from the HSBC Sevens Challenger Series, with the top four teams from this playoff earning a place in the 2026 World Sevens Series.
