Nondies stretched their lead further through Moses Begi later on with Tony Fidens converting the try to take the scores to 21-7.

In the second half, Quins were quick off the blocks and they were first on board as they went over through a scrum pushover try. Nondies responded almost immediately straight from kick off. Thanks to a knock on from Wiseman Aganya, Nondies player pounced on the loose ball before working out quick hands on the outside channels to find Moses Begi in space. Moses Begi raced to score his second try of the match in the corner. Tony Fidens missed the conversion.
Quins responded with another try which Ervin Asena failed to convert to trail 26-19 and now needed a converted try to atleast salvage a draw. Moments later, the visitors landed another try in the corner after a well placed grubber kick landed in Leon Nyang’s hands. But again, Ervin Asena missed the important conversion that would have tied the scores as the vistors trailed 26-24.
Nondies would hold on in the dying minutes to secure the win, a win that has thrusted them to number four in Kenya Cup log displacing their foes Kenya Harlequin.
