Menengai Oilers head coach Gibson Weru has made three changes to his squad ahead of the Kenya Cup match against Strathmore Leos, set to take place at Madaraka Grounds on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
Two adjustments have been made in the backline, with experienced scrum-half Samson Onsomu coming in to partner with fly-half Abutwalib Wesonga. Youngster Collins Okoth drops out of the matchday squad for this encounter.

The midfield remains steady as Samuel Ovwamu and Chrispine Shitundo maintain their partnership. In the back three, Kenya U20 winger Alvin Khavoli has been introduced to join Timothy Okwemba and Samuel Mwaura. Khavoli replaces Kenya Simbas winger Beldad Ogeta, who featured in last weekend’s win over Kisumu.

The forward pack remains unchanged, with Clinton Odhiambo teaming up with captain Ibrahim Ayoo in the second row. The back row trio of Nelson Makokha, Amos Obae, and Samuel Were retains its shape, aiming to build on their strong performance from the last outing.
The front row also sees no changes, with Destrious Ifedha, Celestine Mboi, and Vincent Mwikhali continuing to anchor the pack. Lucky Onyango is set for his first Kenya Cup start off the bench.
The Oilers, fresh from a win, will look to secure their second consecutive victory of the season as they head to Nairobi for their first match in the city since winning the Floodlit tournament earlier this year.
