The quarterfinal pairings for the 2024 Impala Floodlit Tournament’s Varsity category have been confirmed following the draw held on Tuesday afternoon at the Impala Club.
In the Varsity category, JKUAT Cougars will take on fellow KRU Championship side Daystar Falcons. Zetech Oaks, who are set to return to the KRU Championship, have been drawn against Nationwide side Kabete Stallions. Rift Varsities will face USIU Martial, while Impala Boks are set to battle KCA University.
Impala Floodlit ladies
In the Ladies category, four teams will compete in the semi-finals. Kenya Cup champions Mwamba RFC will face NYS Ladies, and hosts Impala Ladies will go head-to-head with Northern Suburbs.
The tournament will kick off on Saturday, October 19, at both the Impala Club and RFUEA Grounds. The semi-finals will be held on October 26, with the finals taking place on November 2.

This year’s event will also act as a curtain-raiser for the upcoming Kenya Cup season, which is scheduled to begin in November.
