The draw for the 2024/2025 Enterprise and Mwamba Cup will take place this Friday, October 2024, at the RFUEA Grounds at 2:00 p.m., the Kenya Rugby Union has announced.
In a departure from tradition, the draw, which usually occurs in the new year, will now take place earlier.
Enterprise Cup coincide
This year, the Enterprise and Mwamba Cups will coincide with the 2024/2025 Kenya Cup season.
“The upcoming season will feature a new format, with the Mwamba Cup and Enterprise Cup running alongside the Kenya Cup season,” the union stated.

The Enterprise Cup, which returned in 2023, being scheduled following the Kenya Cup season but has faced challenges with several teams giving walkovers.
The last time the Enterprise and Mwamba Cups were played alongside the Kenya Cup was in the 2019/20 season, which was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic before the semifinals.
Kabras Sugar RFC are the reigning Enterprise Cup champions, having secured their third consecutive title in 2023 by defeating arch-rivals KCB 32-20 in a thrilling final at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi.
