In their place, former Kenya 7s player Derrick Mayar has been included in the squad. Mayar brings valuable experience to the team as they look to finish the circuit on a strong note.

Former Homeboyz fly-half Martin Juma has also been named to the side, having joined from Homeboyz RFC. Juma, who has previously played for Kabras RFC and USIU Martial, is expected to provide added depth and playmaking ability. John Mark Awiti has also been included in the squad.
