The 16th edition of the Prinsloo 7s is set to take place at Nakuru Athletics Club, marking the final leg of the 2024 National 7s Circuit.
Defending champions Kabras RFC will be aiming to retain their title after securing the championship in 2023. The Sugarmen head into the tournament with hope of improving after Kabeberi 7s and Driftwood 7s performance.

Mwamba RFC enter the competition as the most successful team in Prinsloo 7s history, boasting five titles, with their first win dating back to 2007. KCB follow closely, having claimed four titles, their latest coming in 2017.

Homeboyz have lifted the Prinsloo 7s trophy twice, while Menengai Oilers, Strathmore Leos, Nakuru RFC, and Kabras RFC each have one title to their names.
As the tournament promises fierce competition, all eyes will be on these teams as they battle for supremacy in Nakuru.
