Black Pirates have been crowned champions of the second circuit of the 2024 Nile Special 7s Series-Mbale 7s after securing a 07-05 win over Heathens in a thrilling final held at Busamaga grounds, Mbale in Uganda.
Heathens were first to score through Ugandan International and new signing Denis Etwau however the conversion was unsuccessful bringing the scores to 05-00 which were the scores at halftime.

In the second half Pirates managed to score a try and converted successfully making matters 05-07 at full-time in favour of the Black Pirates.
Kobs beat Hippos24-12 in the bronze medal match to complete the podium places.
