Embu RFC and AP Warriors registered three straight wins on Day one of the Dala 7s being played in Kisumu.
Embu beat Siaya RFC 29-00 in their first match before seeing off Mbale RFC 12-05 and added a 19-05 win over Homabay RFC in the last match to set foot in the quarters.
Administration police defeated Vihiga granites 14-07 then got a 17-00 win over Nandi Bears, they also managed a 12-10 win over Tum Marines in their last match of the day.
Following day one matches the quarterfinal lineup has been confirmed where in the main cup AP Warriors are set to face off with TUM Marines in the first quarterfinal while Embu RFC will face off with MKU Thika.

Tororo RFC will play against Mbale RFC as Kabarak RFC battle it out with NYS Spades in the last main cup quarterfinal.
Challenge trophy quarterfinals will see Shamberere TTI lock horns with Kisii Kifaru while Northern Suburbs will play against Bungoma RFC.
Mean Machine will faceoff with Homabay RFC and in the last quarterfinal of the challenge trophy, Sigalagala are set to play against Vihiga Granites.
