Kenya U20 rugby team (Chipu) will play their final match of the World U20 Trophy on Friday July 17, 2024 at Hive Stadium in Scotland.
Though the side showed spirited fights in matches against Uruguay and USA, they failed to pick points in the group stage ending without a single win.
Kenya U20 run
Simon Jawichre side lost to Uruguay 25-7, 51-3 Netherland and 30-17 to USA. The results saw them book a place in the seventh place playoffs.
They have a date against Hong Kong who lost all their matches to determine who finishes seventh.

Samoa have been paired against Netherlands in the fifth place playoffs after both sides finished third in their respective pools.
Netherlands managed six points in Pool B while in Pool A Samoa bagged five points.
After finishing as runners in their respective pools, Uruguay and Japan who got 10 points each in their respective pools have a date in the third place playoffs.
In the final, USA will be up against host Scotland in a match that will determine who gets promotion to the World U20 Championship.
