Embu 7s defending champions Strathmore Leos started impressively their title defence winning all their opening three matches at Embu Stadium.
Strathmore Leos started off with a 35-7 win over Kabarak University before adding a 29-0 win over Embu Dragons

In the final round of matches Strathmore Leos won 46-0 against Kemu Meru to book a place in the quarters.
Former Kenya Cup side Catholic Monks picked a narrow win over Administration Police. They later picked up whipping Chuka Vikings 43-0.
Catholic Monks sealed their run picking a 61-0 JNTI.

Rugby on the Road who won the 2024 Meru 7s also managed a 100% win record after defeating Kemu Nairobi, Muranga Trojans and Northen Suburbs.
The competition will enter the knockout stage on Sunday.
