Kisii school are out to defend the Kisii County 15s title as they have qualified for the finals having not conceded a point.
Kisii school who are under the tutelage of Lee Arstone will be going hard Saturday as they face their arch rivals, Cardinal Otunga Mosocho in a final that will be held in Mosocho.
As they head into the finals, Kisii have proved their dominance having run over schools with exemplary scores in the preliminaries quarters and semis. So far in the competition, they are the only team that has not conceded a single point in the two days of the three-day event.
Mosocho on the other hand will be seeking to upset them when they meet in the finals. In the semis, Mosocho defeated Kerongorori Boys before booking a spot for themselves in the finals. On the other hand, Kisii ran riot over St Joseph Nyabigena in a score of 39-0.
Head coach Lee Arstone said that this year he has a strong team that will surely retain the trophy
“My boys are well prepared for tomorrow’s final and what I can say is that expect us to retain the championship.” Said a confident Arstone.
On Thursday, Kisii thrashed Itierio 57-0 and whipped Nyamwaga 37-0.
