Eldoret is gearing up for an exhilarating rugby spectacle as the National 7s Circuit makes its long-awaited return after a 19-day break with the first edition of Tisap 7s slated for 2-3 September at Eldoret Sports Club.
The National 7s Circuit will make a triumphant comeback to Eldoret since 2018 when the town hosted Sepetuka 7s.
Tisap 7s Pool A
In Pool A, the Christie 7s champions, KCB, will face the likes Blak Blad, Homeboyz, and Mombasa. Pool B showcases the fierce competition between Christie 7s finalists Strathmore Leos, Menengai Oilers, Catholic Monks, and MMUST.
Pool C is set to witness log leaders Kabras taking on Kenya Harlequin, Daystar Falcons, and Kisumu, while Pool D promises intense clashes with Nakuru RFC, Mwamba, Nondies, and UoE Trojans all vying for victory.
Kabras are top of the standings with 80 points following three final appearances and one bronze finish this season
National 7s Circuit log
Christie 7s Champions KCB Rugby maintained the second spot following the second cup victory this season. The bankers have 78 points and have closed in on Kabras RFC cutting the gap to two points.
Strathmore Leos are third on the log with 63 points after the first final appearance this season. Kenya Harlequin occupy the fourth spot while defending Champions Menengai Oilers have dropped to fifth with 56 points.
