Kabras RFC Sevens Coach Felix Ayange has named a strong squad for the opening leg of the National 7s Circuit- Dala 7s set for Mamboleo Stadium on Saturday 1 and 2 July.
The coach has named two new signings William Muhanji and Griffins Chao who joined the club from neighbours MMUST in the just-concluded transfer window.
Kenya 7s duo
Kabras will be hoping that the two new recruits who have been key in the MMUST squad will boost their squad significantly.
Kevin Wekesa and Brian Tanga who impressed for Kenya 7s in the 2023 season have been also included in the squad.
Kenya Simbas fly-half Jone Kubu, scrum-half Barry Robinson, Alfred Orege and Lamec Ambesta who made their Simbas debut this year are also in the 13-man squad.
Former Western Bulls and Nakuru RFC playmaker Duncan Abuyekha is set for his 7s debut for the club, forward Patrick Lumumba and former Kenya U20 player Mathias Osimbo are all on board.
Kabras will face Strathmore Leos, Kisumu and Daystar Falcons in Pools C.
