As Day One came to a close, several teams emerged with unbeaten streaks, showcasing their dominance on the field.

Embu 7s title holders Strathmore Leos demonstrated their class and experience, winning all three of their matches. In their most recent game, they dominated Meru RFC with a convincing 33-0 victory. Earlier, they had beaten Kabete Stallions and Kabarak University.
2019 Champions Menengai Cream also displayed exceptional form, securing three consecutive wins. Their latest triumph was a commanding 68-0 victory over Kirinyaga Stallions. In their openers, they saw off NYS Spades and Northern Suburbs to top the pool with maximum points.
Catholic Monks edged Administration Police 10-0 to end the day with a 100% win record and were joined on the unbeaten list by Strathmore Leos Catulus whose final game was a

Nyeri National Poly were also in fine form winning all their matches. They secured a hard-fought 19-17 win against TUK and followed it up with a comprehensive 22-0 triumph over Mwea Eagles before defeating Rongai Morans 19-12.
