Kenya Simbas change five for Windhoek Draught Welwitschias match

Kenya Simbas Head Coach Jerome Paarwater has made five changes to his starting squad for their Msanzi Challenge match against Namibia’s Windhoek Draught Welwitschias set for Saturday in Windhoek.

Teddy Akala paves ways for Griffin Musila who joins Props Ephraim Oduor and Hillary Mwanjilwa in the front row. Brian Juma and Hillary Odhiambo are back in the second row replacing Ibrahim Ayoo and Elvis Olukusi who started against Bulldogs last weekend.

Unchanged Kenya Simbas backrow

The back row is unchanged with George Nyambua, Brian Ndirangu and Jeanson Misoga retaining their roles.

The halfback pairing is also unchanged with Samuel Asati and Brian Wahinya at scrum-half and fly-half respectively.

In the midfield, Timothy Mmasi misses out while Walter Okoth comes in at inside centre pushing Peter Kilonzo to outside centre.

Alfred Orege comes in on the left wing, Joel Inzuga moves to the right side and Beldad Ogeta is benched. Ntabeni Dukisa has been retained at fullback.

Both Kenya and Namibia will be eyeing a win in this encounter. Kenya will be keen to register back to back wins in the competition.

Kenya jetted in Namibia on Friday.
