The pools for the upcoming Vancouver 7s tournament have been confirmed, with the top teams from around the world set to clash in what promises to be an exciting event place at BC Place Stadium on the weekend of March 3th to 5th.
Pool A features New Zealand, who are currently in fine form after making it to four consecutive finals and securing back-to-back victories in the World 7s Series. They will face competition from Samoa, Spain, and the United States.
Pool B consists of second placed Argentina, third-placed South Africa, France, and Japan. Pool C features Fiji, Great Britain, Uruguay, and Kenya 7s.
Fiji, who are currently in fourth place in the World 7s Series standings, will be the team to beat in this pool, but Great Britain and Kenya 7s will be looking to cause an upsets, with Kenya eyeing maiden quarterfinal appearance.
Pool D consists of Australia, Ireland, Canada (the tournament hosts), and Chile.
