Nondies have taken the lead in the KRU Championship by a significant margin, winning their seventh consecutive fixture and collecting 34 points in 7 matches, with only 1 losing bonus point.

This exceptional performance has put the former Kenya Cup side at the top of the standings.

South Coast Pirates have regained their hope of reaching the top four this season, securing 25 points after a resounding 28-3 win over the visiting UoE Trojans. This victory was their fifth of the season, elevating their position in the standings.

The Daystar Falcons have kept their semi-final dreams alive by securing their fifth win of the season, bringing their total points to 23.

Kisumu, who have also won five matches this season, are closely behind with 22 points and remain in contention for the top four.

Other teams competing for a top four spot include Kabarak with 18 points, Impala Saracens with 15 points, Western Bulls and Shamas tied at 15 points, and UoE Trojans with 12 points.

On the other hand, USIU have only seven points after a single win this season and Zetech Oaks and Eldoret are in the relegation zone with 4 points each.

With several exciting fixtures still to come, the competition for the top spots in the KRU Championship remains heated.
