MMUST RFC has announced their matchday 23 to take on Kabras RFC in the Lurambi-Derby Kenya Cup tie set for Saturday 17 at MMUST Grounds.
Kenya Shujaa Timothy Mmasi starts in the midfield alongside Paul Odongo who pairs him at the outside centre. The back three has fullback Byron Ogada sitting on either side of Griffin Chayo and Bevon Okoth in the wings.
Veron Kaburu takes the mantle of scrumhalf and will operate in the half-back department alongside Norbert Lumbwani who starts at flyhalf.
William Mwanji is at the back of the scrum at eight and is joined in the loose-back trio team by Jadah Abdon and Reinhard Ngaira. Jadah guards the blindside while Ngaira is on his opposite side at openside. The second-row has Calvin Wabuyele playing alongside Nelson Makhokha.
Skipper Collins Ngoko lead the front row at tighthead alongside Ishmael Karanja, who starts at hooker, and Javan Orlando.
MMUST are in search of their first win of the season, after losing all their opening three Kenya Cup fixtures. The losses pin them at position eleven on the log, one point shy of bottom-placed Quins.
