Vihiga Granites head coach Ken Isindu has named his squad to take on Busia RFC for their first game of the 2022-23 Western Region Nationwide League set for Saturday 26 at Demesi Primary School grounds in Vihiga.
Isundu who made a return to the side’s technical bench to replace Sebastian Makalek after an earlier stint as head coach has named Broadwill Aziavula as skipper and will start as hooker. Victor Simiyu and Levin Odanga sit on his either side in the front row.
Jean Inyangala and Crispinos Mnangwe complete the tight five in second row, with Byrum Bwani, Ivan Adika and Vincent Adieno completing the pack at back row.
Madenge Eric pairs Otwere Timon in the half-back department as scrum half and flyhalf respectively, with Nellyson Luseno and Saad Aura having a go as the centre pairing.
Chris Marvin starts at fullback and will have Micheal Kanzika and Aggrey Muchelule at his either in the back three. Wycliffe Mukarani the team manager.
