Returning Catholic Monks have named their squad that will take on Kenya Cup Champions Kabras RFC in a match scheduled for Kakamega Showground on Saturday.
Head coach John Isalambo has tasked Jerry Olem, Jeremy Odhiambo and Elius with front row duties. Morgan Ngumbi and Isaac Kubasu form the second row.
Mark Oseko, Felix Okumu and Maxwell Omondi are the loose-forwards. Its Samuel Otieno and Samuel Omollo who have been handed the scrum-half and fly-half roles.
The back three has Michael Wamalwa, Daniel M and Eric Ogutu with Victor Omupere and Patrick Ochieng set for midfield partnership.
The squad will play in the top tier after 11 years of absence and will be looking to emulate the likes Strathmore Leos and MMUST who put up strong challenges to stay in the top tier.
