Kenyatta University’s Blak Blad have named their squad that will be on duty during Driftwood 7s scheduled for the weekend.

Ian Obukwa, Kelvin Gathu, Andrew Gathua, DJ Wehuli, and Joshua Mwangi will not feature in the third round of the National Sevens Circuit. They have been replaced by David Odhiambo, Bismark Abuga, Otieno James, Sammy Okal, and Ayieko Winston.

William Motto has retained Mejja Mulongo, Steve Odhiambo, Lionel Ajeliti, Shuaib Wesonga, and Brian Kadenge. Douglas Sifuna, Benjamin Ruger, and Maurice Paul will also represent the students.

Blad are placed in Pool C together with Kenya Cup finalists Menengai Oilers, Kenya Harlequins FC, and Top Fry Nakuru.

William Motto’s side will be in Mombasa aiming for a win after registering unimpressive results in the first two rounds of the circuit. They lost all their pool matches.
