The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association KSSSA National 15s Rugby Championship has entered the knockout stage, with semi-final matchups confirmed following the conclusion of group stage fixtures at Mamboleo Stadium.
Four top schools, Upper Hill School, Kakamega School, Kisii School, and St. Mary’s School Yala, have advanced to the last four after impressive performances in their respective pools.

2018 national champions Upper Hill School head into the semi-finals in formidable form after maintaining a perfect record in Pool A.

They will face record eight-time champions Kakamega School, who staged a strong comeback in Pool B to secure a semi qualification in their first national appearance since 2019 victory.

The second semi-final will feature East African champions Kisii School, who also finished the group stage unbeaten, against four-time national champions St. Mary’s School Yala.

The clash rekindles a fierce Nyanza regional rivalry, with their recent meeting having been decided by a dramatic drop kick.
