The 2025 Uganda Cup final will take place on Saturday, December 6, with a total of four matches lined up at Nelson Mandela Stadium starting at 10:00 AM.
The day will kick off with an age-grade clash as Uganda U17 A take on Uganda U17 B at 10:00 AM. This will be followed by another youth contest at 12:00 PM, where Uganda U20 A face Uganda U20 B.
In the ladies’ final, Nile Rapids will meet She Wolves in a highly anticipated showdown beginning at 2:00 PM.
The main event will close the day at 4:00 PM as Heathens and Pirates battle for the 2025 Uganda Cup crown. It will be a historic moment as Nelson Mandela Stadium, host of the Rugby Africa Cup 15s for two consecutive years, hosts the Uganda Cup final for the first time.

Both finalists come into the decider in superb form. Heathens head into the match on a six-game winning streak, including a 22–13 victory over Buffaloes in the semifinals.
Their opponents, Pirates, have also won six matches in a row and sealed their place in the final after edging KOBs 24–23 last weekend.
Heathens boast an impressive 14 Uganda Cup titles, while Pirates will be chasing their third in the history of the competition.
