Several teams have booked their spots in the Buffaloes 7s Cup quarterfinals following the conclusion of the second round of matches at Kyadondo Grounds.
Pirates Rugby stormed into the quarters with a commanding 34-0 victory over Gulu City Falcons.

Allan Karuhanga and Arnold Atukunda each scored a brace, while Roy Kizito and Haruna Muhammad added a try apiece as Stephen Alul slotted home two conversions.
They will be joined by Elgon Wolves, who also made it two wins out of two in the competition.
Walukuba Barbarians sealed their quarterfinal berth after edging Mongers 28-22 to move to six points, a tally matched by Kampani Eagles, who cruised to a 54-7 win in their fixture.

Heathens and Rhinos also secured their places in the last eight after picking up back-to-back wins.
Meanwhile, Buffaloes suffered a setback against KOBs, while Hippos registered their second win of the day to advance.
