Victoria Sharks have completed a major squad overhaul after signing 28 players as they prepare for the 2026 Uganda Rugby Union (URU) season.
Headlining the recruitment drive are former Kabras RFC duo Waren Kamadi and Humphrey Asiligwa, two players with proven experience at the highest level in the region.
Ex-Kabras RFC scrum-half
Kamadi, a scrum-half, spent last season on loan at Kisumu RFC from Kabras RFC, where he played a key role in helping the side survive in the Kenya Cup.
Asiligwa, a speedster on the wing, joins the Sharks after winning the Kenya Cup and Enterprise Cup with Kabras RFC. Known for his pace and finishing, he adds firepower to the Sharks’ backline.

The Sharks have also landed several high-profile Ugandan internationals, including Saul Kivumbi, Charles Uhuru. Paul Epillo has also crossed over as they aim to challenge strongly in the upcoming URU campaign.
Among the other notable arrivals are Isaac Tago, Obwoma Joseph, Emmanuel Ochan, Otim Alexander Oloya, Peter Bisaaso, Allan Olango, Arthur Mpande and Wilfred Sseguya, giving the club depth across all positions.
