The JKUAT Cougars continued their perfect run in the KRU Championship after edging out Catholic Monks 12–10 in a tightly contested encounter at JKUAT Grounds, remaining the league’s only unbeaten side.
The narrow victory handed the Monks their second consecutive defeat and further underlined JKUAT’s growing title credentials as they continue to grind out results under pressure.
Elsewhere, NYS Spades stunned Zetech Oaks 21–15, piling more misery on the Oaks who continue to struggle for form this season.
SC Pirates ran riot against Homeboyz RFC with a dominant 46–24 win, while Mwamba RFC edged Mean Machine 22–17 in a closely fought battle.
